Part-Time Bilingual Clinician (English/Spanish) — Hybrid In-Person & Telehealth | Bloomingdale, IL

We are actively seeking a bilingual clinician to join our growing team. This role is open to clinicians at all levels, including master's-level, associate licensed (LSW/LPC), and fully licensed (LCSW/LCPC) professionals.

You're a great fit if you:

  • Are fluent in English and Spanish

  • Hold a master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

  • Are licensed in Illinois or eligible to obtain licensure

  • Have experience or genuine interest in areas such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, substance use, domestic violence, at-risk youth, or behavioral concerns

  • Are self-motivated and enjoy building your own presence in the field

  • Are ready for more autonomy. We encourage our clinicians to grow their own clientele, and we support them in doing it

  • Connect genuinely with diverse communities. Our clients come from all walks of life, including immigrants and children of immigrants, spanning all socioeconomic backgrounds, education levels, and language abilities. You don't have to share our background, but you do need to understand and respect the world our clients live in

  • Are looking for a flexible commitment. Clinicians can start with as few as five sessions per week, making this a great fit whether you are building your caseload or supplementing your current practice
