Tatiana Granados, LCSW, PEL
Therapist
Tatiana Granados is a licensed therapist and proud first generation Latina whose lived experience shapes her compassionate, collaborative approach. She believes it takes courage to face yourself honestly, and it’s that courage that makes true growth possible. Passionate about bridging the gap between healing and the question so many ask, “How do I get there?” Tatiana creates a welcoming space where clients can show up as they are. She asks only two things in return: honesty and a willingness to do the work. With those elements, meaningful growth is always possible.
Her integrative style draws on client centered therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and solution focused strategies, always tailored to the person in front of her. She has extensive experience supporting bicultural individuals as well as clients navigating anxiety, identity exploration, grief, and major life transitions. As a school social worker, she also walks alongside children and families as they face crisis, special education needs, and loss.
At the heart of her work is the belief that every client is the expert in their own life. Tatiana’s role is to walk with them with encouragement, accountability, and care as they move toward a life that feels more balanced and authentic.
Outside of sessions, she enjoys reading, spending time with friends, long walks, and golf.
